The Hungarian Food Business Program and eight Hungarian food industry companies will be showcasing their products at the WorldFood Poland exhibition in Warsaw starting Tuesday, the Agricultural Marketing Center (AMC) announced.
The AMC’s joint booth will showcase both the latest innovations and traditional aspects of the food industry. The Hungarian participants will offer artisanal chocolate, truffle products, buckwheat-based specialties, organic and vegan products, and dietary supplements at the event, which runs through Thursday, the statement said.
According to the announcement, WorldFood Poland, as Poland’s largest food and beverage industry event, is a key business meeting place in the region.
Last year, 354 exhibitors from 30 countries participated in the exhibition, and nearly one-fifth of the more than 6,600 trade visitors came from abroad. Participation is particularly important for the Hungarian food industry, as Poland is one of its most important trading partners. The dynamically developing relations and the growing demand for quality food products may contribute to an increase in exports, they added.
According to the event’s website, the following companies are participating in the event organized by AMC: VitaminBottle Kft., Trufo Hungary Kft., chocoMe Kft., Nyakas Pince Zrt., Valoryz Production Kft., Gorky és Zentai Kft., Pick Szeged Zrt., and Twenty Four Tea Shop Kft.
In addition to Hungarian companies, exhibitors from Cyprus, China, Italy, Spain, Thailand, and Ukraine have secured a spot in this year’s WorldFood Poland lineup.
