Following the words of former Ukrainian MP Hryhoriy Omelchenko, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán emphasized that he had asked everyone in his family to take the threat seriously, but not to be afraid.
Based on a video posted on a YouTube page called Pryamy TV, Hryhoriy Omelchenko, a Ukrainian politician, former MP, and former officer of the Ukrainian Security Service, threatened Viktor Orbán and his family: “We know where he lives, where he spends the night, where he drinks beer and wine, where he goes out, who he meets, and so on. Therefore, if Orbán does not change his anti-Ukrainian stance towards Ukraine and continues to be an accomplice to Putin’s war crimes, he should remember that KARMA never forgives anyone’s sins. You cannot escape KARMA, you cannot hide from it, and you cannot buy your way out of it with billions. Think about your five children and six grandchildren, Orbán.”

Viktor Orbán posted a Facebook video in which he spoke to his daughters on the phone.
“You will surely see in the news that the Ukrainians have threatened not only me, but also you, my children and grandchildren,” the prime minister said during the call, adding: “I am only calling you so you do not get scared. If something is wrong or you see something, let me know. We have to take this seriously, but we must not panic. Take care of yourself.”
At the end of the video, Viktor Orbán explained: “At times like this, the family comes together. They are fine, I asked everyone to take it seriously, but not to be afraid. I do not think they are afraid. Although this is unusual in our lives, we will figure out how to adapt to it. My wife will certainly play a key role in this.”
